Louisiana-based rapper Hd4president has released a new single and visual for his track “Rollin.” The track sails on a nodding beat interspersed with quivering percussion and horn samples. HD’s gruff stream runs through the production as he tells a story: “I met her at the racetrack. She was in the Lexus. I was in my Maybach,” before he sings, “She rolls, she rolls, she rolls.” The accompanying visual opens with a blue 1979 Cutlass Supreme and a canary yellow Camaro. With edits seamless, the visual features HD’s neighborhood friends as he raps straight to the camera.

The new single comes on the heels of her critically acclaimed 2022 album, Find My Way. From the outset, the project received widespread critical acclaim with BET spotlighting it as “Fresh Faces New Artist”. HipHopDX said, “Baton Rouge, Hd4’s own Louisiana president, took their exuberance and catchy streams to new heights with their latest release Find My Way,” while HipHopSince1987 noted that their sound was “paramount to the international crossover.

Last year, Hd4president rocked the internet with the viral hit “Touch Down 2 Cause Hell (Bow Bow Bow)”. It hit Urban Radio’s Top 30, racked up over 20 million streams, and landed 2 Chainz & Fredo Bang for a high-profile remix. It also exploded on TikTok, inspiring nearly 2 million TikTok creations – including clips from Lizzo, Coi Leray, City Girls, Latto, Niecy Nash, Gabrielle Union and Jessica Alba – and more than 2 billion views on the platform.
