Forza Horizon 5 has received critical acclaim for implementing changes that fixed some of the series’ biggest issues.

Forza Horizon 5’s Mexico-inspired map is the best in the series
One of the biggest improvements to Forza Horizon 5 comes with the card itself. The surrounding geographic and environmental features are magnificent, and the map is 50% larger in size than the map of Forza Horizon 4. Drag tracks now run smoothly and have been given proper endings that turn into drivable roads, something Forza Horizon 4 desperately needed. In previous entries, drag racing tracks were so bumpy and choppy that it was often difficult to tell which player had the fastest car. This issue was resolved in Forza Horizon 5, allowing players to determine once and for all which car reigns supreme.
One of the most common player complaints about the Britain-inspired map Forza Horizon 4 was the dynamic weather system which appeared to consist only of rain. Muddy bogs and slippery roads with rain became an all-too-frequent annoyance for the player base, and the word “dynamic” came to be associated only with precipitation. The Mexican-inspired menu of Forza Horizon 5 solves this problem by introducing a real dynamic weather system with threatening dust storms as well as powerful tropical cyclones. Personalization has always been an important aspect of Forza Horizon series, and the customization is even better in Forza Horizon 5. Players now have the ability to exchange even more individual parts and can even customize specific items like the sound of the engine. There are tons of new tire and drivetrain setups, even allowing players to fit 10-speed drivetrains in some cars. It is enough that this ensures that almost all players will have a lot to do, no matter how long before they beat. Forza Horizon 5.

The use of lighting and reflections in the game can make cars look hyper-real sometimes blurring the line between fantasy and reality. Playground Games fixed the Forza Horizon the biggest problems in the series listening to fans and then were rewarded with a hugely successful launch. Map changes, visual upgrades, and customization upgrades make Forza Horizon 5 one of the best and most engaging racing games ever.
