Diana ross announced their first new music in 15 years. The pop superstar and former frontman of The Supremes posted a short teaser for the track, titled “Thank You” on Twitter and Facebook today (June 14).

The star has been teasing new music for a while. In March of this year, she posted a photo of herself on stage, along with a note: “I miss playing so much, I’m happy to record new music and songs in my home studio. , that makes me happy, coming soon! ”
Ross’s last solo studio album was from 2006 I love you, which consisted entirely of cover versions, with the exception of the title track “I Love You (That’s All That Really Matters)”. The tracklist included Ross’s own renditions of classic songs such as “I Want You” by Marvin Gaye and “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” by Queen.
The legendary singer has also been booked to play “Legend’s Slot” on Sunday afternoon. at Glastonbury Festival 2020, but the event was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In connection with the name of his new single, Ross recently announced the 2022 UK tour “Thank You”, which will end with two concerts at the O2 in London. Dubbed “A Diamond Diana Music Celebration”, the dates replaced the canceled Top Of The World UK tour originally scheduled for 2021.
Tickets for these dates will be valid for the corresponding shows on next year’s tour.
